Delete your MarketAI data
You can request deletion of your MarketAI account and data associated with your use of our service, including applicable data obtained through connected Facebook or Instagram accounts.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@marketai.app from the email address associated with your MarketAI account.
- Use the subject line MarketAI Data Deletion Request.
- Tell us the email address or account identifier associated with the account you want deleted.
What happens next
We will verify the request as reasonably necessary to protect the account owner, process deletion of data that we control and are required to delete, and confirm completion. Some information may be retained where required by law, for legitimate security purposes, to resolve disputes, or where a third party independently controls the data.
Disconnecting Meta accounts
You can also remove MarketAI's access from the relevant Facebook/Instagram account settings. Disconnecting access does not automatically erase information already retained by MarketAI; use the deletion request above for that purpose.
