MarketAI ("MarketAI", "we", "us", or "our") provides a mobile-first marketing platform that helps users create content, manage social publishing workflows, manage supported advertising workflows, and review performance information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address and other information you provide when creating or managing an account.
- Connected platform information: information made available through Facebook, Instagram and other services you choose to connect, such as Page/account identifiers, publishing permissions, content and performance metrics. We request only permissions required for the features you use.
- Content: text, images, videos, brand information and other materials you submit to create or manage marketing content.
- Usage and technical information: device, browser, log, diagnostic and interaction information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
2. How we use information
- Provide and operate MarketAI features.
- Create AI-assisted marketing content at your direction.
- Publish or manage content and advertising workflows that you explicitly initiate.
- Display reporting, analytics and performance information.
- Authenticate users, prevent abuse, maintain security and troubleshoot issues.
- Communicate with you about the service.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Facebook and Instagram data
When you connect Facebook or Instagram, MarketAI may process information returned through Meta's APIs to provide the functionality you request. We do not use connected platform data for unrelated purposes. We do not sell personal information or use Meta platform data to build unrelated advertising profiles. Access tokens and other credentials are handled using reasonable security controls and are not intentionally exposed publicly.
4. Sharing
We may use service providers for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, customer support, security and AI processing. They receive only the information reasonably necessary to provide their services and are expected to protect it. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect users, our service, or our legal rights.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security. You may request deletion of your account and applicable data as described on our Data Deletion page.
6. Your choices and rights
You may disconnect a social account, request access to or correction of your information, and request deletion of applicable personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. You can contact us at privacy@marketai.app.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Third-party services
MarketAI may integrate with third-party services including Meta products. Their processing is governed by their own policies and terms. Users should review the policies of services they connect.
9. Children's privacy
MarketAI is intended for business and general audiences and is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information for independent use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or other appropriate means.
