These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MarketAI. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

MarketAI provides AI-assisted content creation, social publishing, advertising workflow management and reporting tools. Features may change, be limited by third-party platform capabilities, or be unavailable in certain regions or accounts.

2. Your accounts and connected platforms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your MarketAI account and for having the authority to connect any Facebook Page, Instagram account, advertising account or other business asset. You must comply with the terms, policies and requirements of the platforms you connect.

3. AI-generated content

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable or require editing. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing or using it in advertising. MarketAI does not guarantee that generated content will achieve a particular business result.

4. Advertising and publishing

MarketAI does not guarantee approval, delivery, reach, clicks, conversions or performance of any advertisement. Platform review, eligibility, billing, targeting, delivery and enforcement decisions are controlled by the relevant platform. You remain responsible for the claims, rights and legality of content you publish or advertise.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use MarketAI to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, impersonate others, circumvent platform restrictions, or facilitate fraud, abuse, harassment or other unlawful activity.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights in materials you provide, subject to the rights required for us to operate the service. MarketAI and its software, branding and underlying technology remain our property or the property of our licensors.

7. Third-party platforms

Facebook, Instagram and other connected services are operated independently by third parties. MarketAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or its affiliates unless expressly stated. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms and policies.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, breach of these Terms, or operational reasons.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, MarketAI disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
